Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026 Marks a New Era of Achievement and Industry Leadership

The Philippine real estate community gathered at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila on September 17 for the Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026, presented by Dot Property and Lamudi, bringing together developers, real estate companies, agencies, professionals, and industry leaders for an evening celebrating achievement across the property sector.

Beyond the awards themselves, the celebration reflected an industry entering a new era, one shaped by innovation, evolving communities, changing market needs, stronger partnerships, and new opportunities across the Philippine property landscape. 

From design and investment value to development, agency excellence, leadership, and industry contribution, the 2026 awards highlighted the people, companies, and projects helping shape where Philippine real estate is headed.
