The announcement ceremony took place on 30 July at The Reverie Saigon, bringing together nearly 300 guests, including real estate business leaders, industry experts, members of the advisory board and members of the press.

Sharing an inspiring message at the event, Mr Ngoc Bui, Representative of the Organising Committee, Dot Property Vietnam Real Estate Awards 2026, spoke on the event milestone and the long-term mindset as the country enters a new economic era.
"The tenth anniversary of the Dot Property Vietnam Real Estate Awards in the market comes at the moment Vietnam is entering a new economic cycle.

Mr Ngoc Bui, representative of the Organising Committee of the Dot Property Vietnam Real Estate Awards 2026, shared an inspiring message at the event.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr Nguyen Van Dinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, offered valuable insight into the current context and state of Vietnam's real estate market, along with predictions on market trends.
"The combined effect of economic growth, institutional reform, infrastructure development, expanding urban space and diversifying capital markets will create a new 'growth ecosystem' for real estate.
